Bees

We spotted these bees in our palo verde. It was cooler this morning, so they were huddled close to each other sleeping. It was a cool discovery.

Fruit Leather

We received almost 13 pounds of apricots from an organic farm up north. They were very ripe when we received them. Aine ate them with gusto, but we still had some. We decided to make some fruit leather. The kids enjoyed the process and the result.

You can FLY

Eamon takes ballet through the YMCA. He enjoys the class. He had a recital where his group performed to music from Peter Pan. We went to watch and had a great time.

Camping

We bought a tent from Costco. Eamon is very excited. He wants to go camping NOW. He tells us that he already has a sleeping bag (Thomas the Tank Engine). Dave granted his wish to setup the tent. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever.

Hiding

Eamon & Aine love to hide. When Dave comes home from work, they run to hide from him. Often it is in the closet, sometimes under the covers, and other times it is on the floor with faces covered. They have discovered that under the train table is a really sneaky spot to avoid detection!
