On Eamon's urging, we have begun reading the "Little House" series. He was initially intrigued by a Prairie Day and couldn't believe there is a whole set of books. We finished reading Little House in the Big Woods recently, and the today's daytrip to Wickenburg was a great visual illustration of the book.
Dave, Eamon and Aine headed off on an adventure per Eamon's request. They traveled to Wickenburg and took in the sites exploring the town and a cowboy museum. They also examined a locomotive.
Who are these cow-polks? They look vagely familiar.
