Nuts

Eamon and Aine received a wooden nutcracker for Christmas. Today they decided to use it to crack the a bag of nuts. It didn't hold up to the job, so we implemented plan B. Armed with a small hammer, they set to work on the patio. E devised a method of placing the nut in a seam on the patio and whacking it. The cracked shell could them be opened and the meat removed. They were on cloud 9. The whole bag was cracked and the bounty placed in a jar to munch the rest of the afternoon.
